Our strongest vertical. We build high-end restaurants and bars across California and Arizona, and we open them on schedule.
What we build
From demolition and rough framing through kitchen mechanicals, the bar build, custom millwork, and finish carpentry, restaurant and bar build-outs put several trades on site at once. Because the majority of those trades are ours, we sequence them without waiting on outside crews, and the opening date holds.
In our control
On restaurants & bars projects we self-perform carpentry, concrete and masonry, drywall, electrical, flooring, painting, plumbing, stone and pavers, and stucco and tile in-house, so the schedule stays in our control. Our sister companies 2 Ground Electric and Freedom Design keep electrical and millwork in the family too.
