Alouest San Diego is a restaurant and bar interior build-out in San Diego, California. Platinum X self-performed the core trades in-house, coordinating the kitchen, bar build, and custom finishes so several trades could run on site at once without slowing the schedule. The space was delivered finished and ready to open.
