What we build
Whether you are taking on a cold shell or reworking an existing space, we handle the whole improvement: demolition, framing, MEP, finishes, and closeout. Because we self-perform the broadest scope of any vertical here, we can fast-track a TI and hold a single point of accountability the entire way.
In our control
On tenant improvements projects we self-perform carpentry, concrete and masonry, drywall, electrical, flooring, heating, millwork and finishes, painting, plumbing, stone and pavers, stucco and tile, and windows and doors in-house, so the schedule stays in our control. Our sister companies 2 Ground Electric and Freedom Design keep electrical and millwork in the family too.
